Through the process of painting this symbol of Joy, I saw countless hummingbirds every single day on my daily walks. It was like my angels were reaching out and keeping me accountable to finish this painting, and to keep restoring my own Joy in the process. Painting is so healing for me. It is how I receive downloads from above, and it is where I forget my worries and pain. I’ve spoken about my obsession with the State of Flow before, but it truly never ceases to amaze me.

Heaven is a dimension that we are naturally connected to as human beings created by the Most High.
