about me

Hi, I'm JIXXII. My friends and family know me as Jamie. I'm an artist - an illustrator, painter, singer-songwriter, and writer. I'm also a wanderer, traveler, and explorer. In 2024, I've traveled to 12 countries over the span of eight months, and have created art everywhere I've gone. I'm always looking for the beauty in every corner of the world.

I'm passionate about healing through creativity - I'm a certified Social and Emotional Learning Facilitator for the Healing Arts, by UCLArts and Healing. I studied at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, and have been teaching art and painting since 2018.

I've live-painted and taught art workshops globally at various music festivals and conferences.

​

I started a podcast this year, called, "Here to be Free" by JIXXII - available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify Podcasts, and Youtube Podcasts. The podcast follows the journey of my life and travels, and brings up topics of healing, freedom, creativity, and embracing womanhood.
